Photo Brag Book Instructions

*note: starting from today, all post have been set to post in advance for the weekend. My studio is closed for the next 3 days as I attend 2 weddings and recouperate. and noooo not from the drinking but actually from helping out with the Saturday wedding :) If you have any questions, feel free to still email me. anyhoo, on to what you are are really here for. Today I will share with you the instructions to make this photo brag book:



*hint* Christmas is JUST around the corner, this book is very easy to mail out since there are not many layers, it does not cost any extra shipping. I would purchase the Christmas Jingle Simply Scrappin Kit (115696) and make a few of these brag books to give out to relatives.

1. For your book cover, you will need to cut a piece of cardstock 5 1/4 x 12. Score at 4 and 9 1/2 and fold in the flaps using a bone folder.

2. Using a different coloured cardstock (or same if you prefer) measuring 5 x 10 1/2, and score it at 5 1/4 and fold.
3. Glue the insert into the book and then deroate as desired.
That's it! So simple no?



There are many different ways you can have the closure for this book.
The first time that I made it, I used velcro dots that I purchased from the Dollar Store



This time around, I wrapped ribbon around the back, then larger front flap before adhering any layers. For the smaller flap, I used my ribbon slop punch to make a hole through my matter layers. (NOT the book itself).
