Its all in the bag!

Are you ready for Deal of the week #2?
This week's Stampin Up special features the The Big Shot Doctor's Bag. Are you like me and still have your big shot just sitting there, not protected and naked?? Well, right now the Doctor's Bag is on sale for: $72.99
I am telling you this bag is HUUGE! It is perfect to store the Big Shot in to carry to workshops, and crops. This can also be used for just to carry all your craftin supplies in. :)

Now for some eye candy for you! This is a card set that I made as a gift for a bridal shower. The set comes complete with 30 Thank you cards with decorated envelopes.

Also, I know it must be such a hectic hectic time for all brides. So what I did was contact one of the bridesmaids for the address of all the attendees and printed them out on some Avery Labels ready. So all Bride to be had to do was write in the cards, attach the sticker, stamp and mail out. To package this all neatly, I used a crimper to make a band to hold the two different styles. I used an old basket that I came with some baby soap and lotion as the packaging. Next I scored a piece of acetate according to the box measurements. And of course, just like how it is against the law to leave an envelope naked, you cannot, must not! do the same for packaging.
So some rub-ons came to the resuce!
So far this year I have been giving out plenty of hand-made gifts, and I am loooooving the reaction. I totally forgot the pleasure of giving out something made from the heart. The reciepent's reaction is one that will stay in your heart and make you remember why you love to craft and share your passion.
I always tell me customers to try this out:
For the first occassion, buy them a card. Go to visit your friend in a month or two, and tell me where she/he has the card. MAKE them a card for the next occassion. now wait, 2 months to go and see them, and YES your card will be in plain view!
Try it! It is sooo true. I love visiting my friends and seeing my gifts still on display. *unless they just put it up before my arrival to make me happy! hehe, then I have the bestest of freinds in the world. which I feel I already do
