Another Baby Card and Tutorial

Babies Babies everywhere! My cousin Lily just gave birth to her baby boy yesterday afternoon at 3:30pm, a healthy 7lbs 11 oz. I am so happy for her! As soon as I got the news I went straight to the post office.

Remember the gift that I gave her a while back?? the one with the onesies? Well... I wanted to give you a tutorial. I will post the tutorial later today or tomorrow, as my hour to myself is up and now its vacumm, run over to the store, make lunch, la de da de da.

1 3/8 circle punch
scallop circle punch
ruler

scissors
