Vaughn Of a Kind Show

Well, today we took a trip up to Vaughn to check out the Vaughn of a kind show at the local community centre. I wanted to 1. Check out the place, I have never been there before. and OMG its a beautiful centre. 2.check out the craft show to see what kind of vendors there were. I wanted to set up shop so bad but I found out about the show, like 3 days too late for the sign up date. So I will be there next year, I just wanted to make sure my booth would not bump heads with anyone elses.

Well, once again I am using one of my favorite stamps from www.tayloredexpressions.com
Here is a 3x3 card holder that was orignally made by Aaron Brown. She is one of my favorite artists and was actually the first blog that I added to my favs list. you can visit http://www.aaronsbooth32.blogspot.com/ to see her version.
You will need:
-C.S for your base 4.25 x 10.75 scored at 3.75,4 and 8.5
-2 bussiness envelopes, sealed up and scored at 4.75 and then 1"cut off each end.
-some double side tape
-magnets (from dollar store)
-patterned paper for decorating
Basically align the folds of the envelopes to the fold closest to the flap on the c.s.
Staple it down.
Add a strip of tap to the front of the first envelope and the back of the last envelope in order to make the accordian inside of the holder.
Tape down the first envelope to the front, and tape down the back envelope to the back.
Decorate as desired.
Like I mentioned, visit Aaron Browns blog for more detailed instructions and pictures.
