What is Operation Smile? Operation Smile was founded in 1982 and basically repairs facial deformities for children all around the world that would otherwise not have the money to pay for these surgeries. Most of these surgeries only take an hour to complete and cost less than $250 US. Volunteer Medical teams provide free surgery and free aftercare. So purchasing this kit is definatley for a good cause!
